Ventilation is definitely one of the highlights of the Curry 10. During our lab assessments, both smoke and light didn’t have problems passing through the porous upper material. It got a perfect 5 for breathability from us. And it did so quite easily.
We also did Dremel tests on this shoe, and it sure did put the device to shame. The toebox got a 4 out of 5 while the heel padding got a perfect 5 for how resistant they are to abrasion. The toe draggers nero us loved that they finally found their match in this shoe.
The stability that this shoe delivered was also impressive. Not once did we have to worry about slipping or twisting our feet. After doing some manual twists on this, we were left with no other choice but to give this shoe a 5 out of 5 for torsional rigidity.
We were just so bummed that this shoe was not really for outdoor use. Aside from not having a real outsole, the surface that got in contact with the court only had a hardness rating of 59.5 on our HC durometer when the average hardness is as high as 81.5.

Besides its affordability, this hoop shoe also brings with it better-than-average durability and a pretty responsive midsole that made the shoe more attuned with nimble movements.
