Most of this week’s selections were recorded from quarantine and include some constructive advice on dealing with our changing circumstances. Mike Wardian on the Citius Mag podcast (33 minutes)

Wardian talked about how he and runner-up Radek Brunner brought out the best in each other, the simple pep talk his wife gave him that kept him in the race, and how the neighbors caught wind of what he was doing and came out to cheer.
