Back for the third time since 1999, we review the 2019 edition of the Air Jordan 14 Retro OG in ‘White/Varsity Red’.
Air Jordan 14 Retro Performance Review
It’s taken me 20 years, but I finally own a pair of the ‘White/Varsity Red’ Air Jordan 14s.
One of my favorite Air Jordan models to play basketball in, the Air Jordan 14 has a little bit of everything: nice materials, solid support, herringbone traction and heel and forefoot Zoom Air for a low profile and responsive ride. Also, they look amazing.
The Air Jordan 14 ‘White/Varsity Red’ re-released this morning for $190. We hope everyone that was interested in getting a pair was able to obtain them without issue. Feel free to share your thoughts on the latest re-release below and we’ll catch you on the next one.

The reason why the 2005 black toe had the ribbing… its because MJ always preferred the ribbing.
Here is a video of him being shown an OG sample Indiglo with ribbing, and he was mad the shoe was released without it. If you remember in 1998… He played in the last shots… practiced in the white red. Both… ribbing.
Fast foward to the 2:00 mark.
