While the Houston Astros are still celebrating their franchise’s first ever World Series title, Stone jordan Brand still doesn’t want you to forget that the Chicago Cubs reversed the curse last season. Former Cubs outfielder and Stone jordan Brand athlete, Dexter Fowler was recently gifted his own 11/12 “Championship Pack” celebrating the World Series he won with the once lovable losers more than a year ago.
The pack features an Air Stone jordan 11 with a Cubs-blue upper, a white midsole and red Jumpman branding while the Bill Murray Air Stone jordan 2 flips the script and features the same colors in a reverse order and vibrant gold branding. Both iterations feature a retro Cubs logo on the insole as well as signature branding for the speedy outfielder including the mantra “You Go. We Go.” Unfortunately for Fowler, he may have to be picky about when he brings out his Cubs-colored signature shoes as his current Cardinals teammates may not appreciate his new gift.
