Together, these design choices deliver a lightweight wear that ups the pair’s comfy ante. Beyond simply outfitting the 44-year-old silhouette with a softer, more cushioned outsole, the “Afloat The Wall” brand has also created a platform-soled Checkerboard for anyone striving to know what it feels like to walk on clouds. Unlike the “Mixed Media” set, this Super ComfyCush Era features a rather tonal “Purple Velvet” suede arrangement, which is complemented with not only checkerboard patterns, but also multi-colored stripes along the midsole.
