In these photos revealed by @sneakertigger, the Teyana Taylor x Jordan 1 Gatorade Lime 2 is clearly inspired by “Rose In Harlem”, the standout single from K.T.S.E., her 2018 album. Despite the release nearly half a decade ago, Taylor has indeed kept that same energy, applying avant-garde details to her purpose like the thorny red Swoosh on the right shoe and the enlarged logo on the left. “A Rose In Harlem” is printed inside the ankle flaps in an old English-style typeface, while the tongue labels feature “TEY” and the aforementioned Swoosh Metallic in green thorns.
