It appears that New Balance Air Jordan 13 Nike, adidas, and even Vans New Balance is coming to the metaverse Metaverse. This news comes by way of trademark attorney, Josh Gerben, who took to Twitter Air Jordan 9.

On January 13, 2022, New Balance filed for a total of three trademarks, all which request for their products to be used in the Metaverse. The first trademark covers New Balance footwear, clothing, sportswear equipment, and accessories. These items are mentioned again in the second trademark, which requests that these New Balance products be used in online retail store services. The third and final claim asks that these items be allowed in virtual environments for entertainment purposes.
