Still looking for that perfect holiday gift? These limited-edition Footwear ASICS Dynablast 2 1011B205 Electric Red Blacks could just be what you’re looking for.
For the special limited range, ASICS has tapped Parisian creative director Florence Tétier – who is also the co-founder of Novembre Magazine, creative director at Jean Paul Gaultier, and jewelry designer for her brand, Tétier Bijoux.
The limited-edition Florence Tétier x Footwear ASICS Dynablast 2 1011B205 Electric Red Black includes 30 pairs reworked by Tétier herself, each elevated with her handmade jewelry made from obsolete objects and materials. Each piece of jewelry can be slightly altered and tweaked, allowing its wearer to create a personalized sneaker.
Other than that, the GEL-NIMBUS 9 remains untouched and features its signature mesh and leather construction. Of the 30 pairs, three colorways are spotlighted: “White/Black,” “Pure Silver/Classic Red,” and “Frosted Almond/Black”. The collaboration also serves as the fourth installment of ASICS’ Craft For Mind program.
The Florence Tétier x Footwear ASICS Dynablast 2 1011B205 Electric Red BlackT-shirt ASICS Race azul amarelo Drouot. The pairs will then be shipped exclusively by French retailer Jogging Marseille. Proceeds from the sales will be donated to L’Ecole Democratique de Paris, a local Parisian collective gel-kayano by Tétier.
