The upcoming Joe Freshgoods x New balance fresh foam 1080 v11 m1080i11 “1998” collection draws inspiration from Hype Williams’ 1998 film, Belly. The film, which featured Nas, DMX, Method Man and others, is widely recognized for its opening scene in New York’s Tunnel night club with a captivating blue hue.
The collection includes three colorways with the “Intro,” “Outro” and “Keisha Blue” iterations — all paying homage to the cult-classic film.
The Joe Freshgoods x New balance fresh foam 1080 v11 m1080i11 “Outro” colorway is designed with a black and white execution with a predominantly smooth suede upper, mesh base and glossy leather overlays with “1998” placed on the heel.
A release date for the Joe Freshgoods x New balance fresh foam 1080 v11 m1080i11 “Outro” has not been announced. However, we expect all three pairs to release for $220 in the upcoming weeks at JoeFreshgoods.com, his Every Now & Then boutique and select retailers.
