Air Jordan 11 KARHU is expanding its arsenal with an all-new sneaker silhouette dubbed the Fusion XC.
Aimed at carrying on the label’s proud outdoor legacy, the newest model will debut in three outdoor-inspired colorways of “Aztec/Jet Black,” “Gunmetal/Jet Black,” and “Abby Stone/Gunmetal”. The first two colorway options are constructed from HydroGuard®, which is a breathable, waterproof membrane designed to keep its wearer’s feet dry and cool. Instead of utilizing HydroGuard®, the last colorway is built for milder days and features a nylon mesh base and suede overlays.
In an official press release, Karhu Global Lifestyle Manager, Remko Nouws shared, “These days it is all about the outdoor trend and even though we have a rich history making product for outdoor activities, we wanted to see where it would go to. We kept an eye on all things happening in the market and acted by developing a conventional silhouette with a premium look and feel that has all technical features needed. Basically, a hybrid that can be worn in everyday life but also on your weekend hike, an addition to our Fusion family, the FUSION XC (Cross-Country).”
