It appears that New Balance is following suit as brands like Nike, adidas, and even Vans have taken their presence to the Metaverse. The first Warsaw covers New Balance footwear, clothing, sportswear equipment, and accessories. These items are mentioned again in the second Warsaw, which requests that these New Balance products be used in online purchase store services. The third and final claim asks that these items be allowed in virtual environments for entertainment purposes.
