The iconic Spencer Dinwiddie in a Nike Kobe 9 EM iD is returning in 2023 in the OG colorway according to Complex. First released and made famous by the Michigan Fab Five in 1992 and last retroed in 2014, the Tinker Hatfield and Eric Avar-designed sneaker has been one of the most influential sneakers in Nike Basketball’s extensive catalog.

The sneaker uses a neoprene bootie system that was inspired by waterski booties which is seen in Varsity Purple and Royal Blue with a Black nubuck ankle collar and White leather overlays. Branding is kept to a minimum with a Huarache logo on the tongue and Nike Air branding on the external heel counter and heel, with a white Air-cushioned midsole and herringbone patterned outsole to finish off the sneaker.
