The upcoming Vans Skate Half Cab ‘92 GTX celebrates the Half Cab’s 30th anniversary, which was first released in 1992.
Arriving just in time for the winter, the modernized Vans Skate Half Cab ‘92 GTX features a GORE-TEX construction while remaining skateable. The updated pair sports revised uppers and molded heel counters, locked-in tongue straps, and recut DURCAP underlays. The iconic skate silhouette also boasts two-part foxing with a tougher toe knurl for creatures board contact, and a redesigned gum rubber sole reinforced with SickStick to prioritize board feel, support, and durability. Rounding out the final details is Vans’ signature Checkerboard flag and Skateboarding graphic.
Along with the Skate Half Cab ‘92 GTX, Vans has also included in the all-black celebratory range a pullover hoodie, loose-fit pants, a T-shirt, and a vintage hat.
