Purchase of the 714X
The purchase of the 714X is done exclusively through the CERBE Distribution online store. Please note that Canadian residents should refer to the 714X access procedure in effect in Canada.
Payment, Return & Refund Policy
All international orders must be paid in full in US currencies prior to delivery without exception.
All orders in Canada through Health Canada’s Special Access Programme (SAP) must be paid for in Canadian currencies.
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD) and bank transfers.
It is important to choose your products wisely and to check your order before proceeding to payment. We will not accept any order cancellations or returns of merchandise for any reason once the merchandise has been shipped.
Products purchased from our website are final sales; no refunds will be given.
Shipping method
All orders placed on our website are shipped by our delivery partners from our distribution center located in Quebec, Canada.
All products delivered by third parties are governed by their shipping agreements, which are beyond our control. Only third parties who deliver are responsible for the breach of the agreement (delays, damages, losses).
The CERBE Group disclaims any liability in this regard.
Delivery time
At CERBE Distribution, the processing time for orders is usually 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped only on business days, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time), excluding all Canadian holidays.
Our delivery partners may experience delays in delivery beyond our control. Internationally, we have no control over any delays that may be caused by the customs clearance process. Please allow for a longer than usual shipping time in some cases (e.g. customs delays, inclement weather, increased traffic periods).
Products damaged or lost in transit
At CERBE Distribution, we make every effort to carefully package your parcel to avoid any damage during transport.
However, if you receive a damaged product, please promptly email us a photo to: [email protected] so that we can consider possible solutions.
If a package is presumed to be lost, the customer is required to notify us no later than 30 days from the date of shipment. After this time, we will not be able to process your request.
Delivery locations
Please ensure that the recipient’s address is correct. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are not received due to the inaccuracy of the recipient’s address that you have given us.
Please also note that some of our partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Choose a valid civic address.
Please note that any order with a cross-border warehouse and/or mail forwarding service as a delivery address will be refused.
Shipping and customs clearance fees
Transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer two shipping options: standard mail or express shipping with additional fees.
Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified by email of its tracking number.
The buyer undertakes to know the conditions for importing for personal use a product manufactured outside his country of residence. Furthermore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for paying the import and customs clearance fees related to the purchase of the product made in Canada.
