Vibram Zero Gravity is Phantom Tech’s source of traction. It is a combination of two Vibram compounds—Morflex and Mont—allowing the boot to perform in extremely cold conditions without sacrificing mobility and comfort. Its prominent lugs are great for treacherous ascents and challenging descents.

Enhanced warmth and waterproofing
Housing the mountaineer’s foot is the Phantom Tech’s Cordura and aluminum main shell. It is engineered with Primaloft which provides insulation. Its tongue is gusseted, leaving no gaps in which debris may enter. The boot has proper waterproofing thanks to the Outdry technology. It is imbued within the footwear’s gaiter.

The boot also incorporates the Sock Fit DV, a proprietary Scarpa construction with agility and comfort as its benefits. It includes a tongue made of a one-piece S-Tech Schoeller Fabric that’s breathable yet waterproof and a Flex-Point (located above the ankle) made of technical fabric.
The top closure includes elastic tape, a protective flap that lessens the pressure coming from the sliding tab, and a clip button.
